Are Trump and Biden acting in a political soap opera?

The days of our lives are getting interesting.

Realizing politics has tangible results for regular citizens, questioning the authenticity of politics is relevant considering the holistic factors involved. For instance, wondering if the political frontrunners for key positions in the U.S. government are playing a part, acting a character that has been scripted in correlation with their sincere personality underneath.

The implications are far-reaching if this is the case, yet isn’t the question relevant in our deep fake technological world? Considering that the divide between fantasy and reality has been clouded with deception and virtual reality, doesn’t it seem plausible in some measure to think that the U.S. presidential race is scripted to control the population according to a certain agenda?

Is it naive to think the powers to be would allow the citizens to direct the government when they could get away with not doing so? Is it cynical to think otherwise or practical common sense?

Essentially, the ongoing 2024 US presidential election might be like the soap opera “Days of Our Lives,” “Santa Barbara,” or “The Young and the Restless.” Hey, Americans love their movies and television programming.

Yes, politics has real consequences in our daily lives as Americans, yet is it authentic and sincere, or are these politicians simply actors playing a part for bigger powers behind the scenes? Asking the question shouldn’t shock anyone, yet it does for most.

If there is a script for the political soap opera, who is writing it and what are their intentions?

As the possible political soap opera continues in the 2024 US presidential election, the days of our lives continue as well. One thing is for sure, it is as good as any Hollywood movie or daytime television drama.

Hive Mind Control

It tells you what to think about and believe. Many people are frustrated and angry at all the injustices we see today in the world, and rightly so, yet who are we angry with? The enemy seems to be elusive, amorphous, and hidden behind patsy boogie men, the powers to be put in front of us to hate. Who is the enemy? For Christians, we believe in a supernatural enemy, yet who are the workers of iniquity that the Bible speaks about, who does the work for this supernatural enemy? Ultimately, these are deceiving times, which means deception is being used to control our minds and hearts. Yet, how is this being done? It makes sense that online technology is the main tool being used to deceive the masses. Online technology is being used to form a “Hive Mind”, which is being used to control the masses. The hive mind is run by big data analytics, algorithms, and what they now call AI. It has always been AI, yet the hive mind wants us to think this is something new. The internet has always been AI...

In the Furnace of Affliction

Isaiah 48:10 Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction. Sometimes this life seems like a furnace of affliction. Yes, some more than others. Maybe for some it will come later, or maybe they aren’t God’s chosen and won’t be chastened, or refined. Revelation 3:19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. While there is part of me that rejoices that perhaps it is because God is working in me is why things seem hard, yet there is part of me that is sort of pissed off about it all. Hebrews 12:11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby. All the while, the world is going to shit, and it never seems we can do enough or break through to certain people, to change things for the better. Really, we are limited in many things, yet in other things maybe we aren’t, yet we limi...

Plugging Along

Press enter or click to view image in full size The simple things are profound. Hello friends, hope this finds you well and in good health. I remember seeing this comic strip where an older man with a gut and grey hair saw a “hiring” sign at a fast food restaurant and thought it was a good opportunity. The theme of the strip was that he was a plugger — plugging along. That must have been about 20 years ago it seems, but it stuck with me in my journey of plugging along myself. So much was said in that little one picture comic strip. Our journey down here on God’s earth is full of plugging along moments; where our attitude and perspective really make the difference in the type of life we live. Not everyone gets the glory or the recognition. Most of us just work in the shadows plugging along with our lives, trying to do the right thing, trying to keep our heads afloat in the waters of hustle and bustle. I think what I liked about that comic strip was the humility of the cartoon character....
