Tech will rule nearly everyone all the time. Ten years isn’t a very long period of time, yet with online technology exponentially growing, it is a long time for things to change. Already, look at what we’ve seen change since the smartphones came out in 2010! In just 16 years, our country doesn’t even resemble itself from before. This is the period of time when the Z generation came of age as well, around 2020, which also has changed things drastically. In ten years (2036), the Alpha generation will be 11-26 years old, therefor coming of age. This will change things drastically again, as this generation is the first to never know a world without a smartphone. The online world, smartphones, and smart tech, is ruining people’s character. Social media, social engineering, is ruining people’s values. Losing and finding motivation in a fake online world. The perception of reality is what rules the online world, yet reality is what we have to face in our flesh and bone lives. How does the perception change the reality of our lives? The spinning stimulus the online world creates in our minds, balloons the creative ideas and then sends them shooting out the sides of the tornado. Catching these fleeting ideas and taking the time to express them becomes too arduous in a world of changing themes in the translucent hive mind concept. Before the methodical writer chews on the idea and takes the time to process them into a clarifying expression, the winds of change blow in thousands more that distract and override the initial project. The bots and human hackers, plying for greatness and attention, clamoring for a slice of the fake bot pie, have already exhausted every avenue of thought the masses are cornered into considering from social engineering tactics. The subtle and overt influences are changing our thinking and behavior. Ever since the Roswell incident technology has been exponentially accelerating to the present, yet what does this mean for humanity? Where are we collectively going as human beings, as mankind? Besides those who claim they are from the future, no one really knows the answer to these difficult questions. Yet by logically examining the trends of technology and how it has affected people within a relatively short period of time, we can extrapolate some reasonable conclusions.  In short, the outcomes look like transhumanism; the melding and coalescing of man and machine.
